MANILA, Philippines — Tropical Storm “Ferdie” (international name: Bebinca) has left the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
“Overnight, tropical storm Ferdie had exited the PAR and its current location as of 4 a.m. is at 1,210 kilometers east-northeast of Extreme Northern Luzon,” Pagasa weather specialist Daniel James Villamil said in a livestream of the video.
