After OPPO officially announced that the 2024 Developer Conference is scheduled for October 17, blogger @数码闲聊站 revealed today: ‘The Find X8 series can be released as soon as October 21,’ along with the OPPO Pad 3 Pro, OPPO Enco X3, new color options for the OPPO Watch X, magnetic eco-accessories, etc.
On September 16, a new device with the model number OPPO PKB110 appeared on the Geekbench benchmarking platform, expected to be the OPPO Find X8, equipped with the Dimensity 9400 processor. In addition, three new OPPO devices with model numbers PKB110, PKC110, and PKC130 passed 3C certification on September 12 and September 13, all supporting 80W fast charging, with the PKC130 being a satellite mobile terminal (5G).
OPPO Find series product head Zhou Yibao showcased a new phone with a black protective case during a live stream on September 9. Blogger @数码闲聊站 referred to it as the OPPO Find X8.
From the live stream visuals, it can be seen that the phone’s UI style is similar to the current version of ColorOS 14, with desktop widgets supporting swipe page switching. Additionally, the phone’s front camera area displays real-time app activity, and the blogger noted that the ‘fluid cloud has been changed to a centered dynamic island.’
